The spacer amount is refundable if the spacer or any of its components is found to be broken and covered under warranty.
In cases of vibration, a refund will only be approved once it is proven that the vibration is caused solely by the spacer and not by other vehicle components (such as worn tires, bent wheels, damaged axles, hubs, etc.).
We strongly recommend professional installation at one of our authorized garages.
Returns due to incorrect fitment resulting from inaccurate or incorrect vehicle details provided by the customer may be refused.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos and/or videos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund, subject to product availability.

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after inspection.
Please note that banking processing times may vary.
Shipping within the UAE typically takes 1–3 working days.
If delivery exceeds this timeframe, shipping fees will be waived for the customer and covered by BONOSS UAE.
For refunds or exchanges, original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If the return is not due to our error, a return shipping fee and/or a restocking fee (up to AED 50, depending on location) may apply.
